Retail Shipping Policies
Our shipping policies are that all shipments will ship via UPS or USPS. Your shipping cost is what we pay UPS or USPS to ship. We ship to retail customers only in the 48 continental United States.
During the summer months, the temperatures throughout the United States create an additional challenge for the successful shipment of fine chocolates. To ensure that your chocolate arrives in the excellent condition you expect, an insulated box and ice packs are placed within each parcel as needed.
Warm Weather Shipping Recommendations
Queen Bee ships all items to “warm weather” states. However, we strongly recommend 3 Day Select Shipping for those having products shipped to Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Kentucky and Tennessee. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE QUALITY IF 3 DAY SELECT SHIPPING IS NOT USED TO SHIP TO THESE STATES.
Provide your email address when ordering to ensure that a tracking number is sent to you. The subject line will read “Package shipped to you” or “UPS Quantum View”. Please be sure to un-spam any such messages.
Parcels going 3rd day will be shipped Monday and Tuesday only. All orders placed after 1:00 PM MST Tuesday will be shipped the following Monday. Parcels going ground May 1 through September 30 will be shipped Monday through Wednesday. Orders place after 1:00 pm Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday.
Ground Service will be shipped between Monday-Thursday. All orders placed after 1:00 pm EST on Thursday, will not be shipped until the following Monday.
Regardless of the season, we suggest that someone be available at the shipment address on the expected delivery day (shipment to a business address when possible is highly recommended).
We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover Card. We make every effort to maintain listed prices; however prices are subject to change without notice.
Queen Bee Gardens® guarantees that your order will arrive in good condition. We will exchange or refund any purchase that does not arrive in satisfactory conditions. In order to exchange you product or receive a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving product. Please call us at 800-225-7553. We love to hear from you!
